Serving as counsel for several national insurance companies over the past 20 years, Tina has gained extensive experience in the litigation and handling of claims arising from negligence (automobile accidents, fire damage, faulty repair, product defect, etc.), breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud, and workers’ compensation. Tina has also investigated and litigated on behalf of a corporate client allegations of tortious interference with contract and business expectancy, conspiracy, employee breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of Virginia’s Uniform Trade Secret Act.
Tina is passionate about assisting individuals with personal injury claims (automobile accidents, slip/trip and fall, etc.), estate planning (wills, power of attorneys, etc.), lemon law complaints, and all other types of civil disputes for money where she can help make a difference.
